Each session builds intentionally on the one before it so women leave with greater self-understanding, stronger professional direction, and a practical plan for what comes next.

Who is LAUNCH for?
LAUNCH is for women who are ready to be more intentional about what comes next, whether that means pursuing a new role, returning to the job market, growing as a leader, or simply gaining clarity.
Do I need to know exactly what I want next?
No. You do not need a fully formed plan to begin. LAUNCH gives you space to explore what is possible and build a direction that feels grounded in who you are and what you want next.
Is this resume-writing support?
Not primarily. LAUNCH is centered on career strategy, professional confidence, and the story behind your experience. Resume strategy and feedback may be part of the process, but resume writing is not the focus.
